UPGRADE ROOM RATES

Diesenhaus-Unitours, the Symposium secretariat and travel agent has secured a block of rooms at the Symposium venue – Kibbutz Ein-Gedi, at special rates to the participants. The number of rooms is limited and we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible and before the above deadline. Rooms will be confirmed on a first-come first-served basis.

As indicated above, SoCS registration includes accommodation for two nights on a sharing-basis and in a standard room. If you wish to upgrade your accommodation to a single room (alone) or to a double room (with an accompanying person not registered to SoCS) and/or to upgrade to a Superior or Deluxe room, the total upgrade costs for both nights are listed below:

Ein-Gedi, June 11-13, 2015 (upgrade rates per night)

Single person sharing a room
(with another SoCS participant)
Rates per person

The upgraded rooms also include free entrance to the venue spa (a fee will be charged for those in standard rooms). Deluxe room also have a wonderful view to the Dead see and a balcony. More information on the rooms can be found here.

Sharing accommodations:
If reserving a room to be shared and paid for by two participants separately, please list the name of the other participant or indicate that you wish us to find you a roommate. The secretariat will assist as much as possible, but if a roommate cannot be found, the participant will be charged for a single room. A shared room will be organized with two twin beds as a default.
